Responsibilities:
- Provides enterprise level end user computing services include video conference and MS Teams services
- Manages and handle EUC Automation tools
- Works with team and outsourced service providers to enhance end user service delivery
- Ensures services delivery of 3rd party vendors in line with SLA
- Provides L1/L2 support for systems user administration
- Conducts and manages privilege access management
- Conducts and manages internet proxy and to work with vendor to troubleshoot and resolve issue
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, desktop productivity software, audio video conference system
- knowledge or experience with ITIL
- Good teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication with business users and vendors
- Ability to work under business focused and fast-moving environment
- Always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
