Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of satisfaction
- Liaise with customers on container/cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers
- Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately using customer’s system and our WMS
- Generate, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required
- Attend to customers’ enquires and requests and keep customers fully informed on GRN, GI, and delivery status.
- Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI meeting to present progress and KPI scorecard to customers.
- Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved
- Oversee team performance through daily engagement and distribution of workload
- Develop customer business relationship and explore new sales initiatives as and when possible
- Investigate incident and accident and prepare investigation report for submission to superior and the department concerned
- Attend to customers’ requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holders preferred
- Knowledge in WMS is an advantage
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years’ of relevant experience
- Good communication skills, writing skills and customer oriented
- Able to perform overtime when necessary
