Assistant Warehouse Manager

· Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

· Lead and coordinate with the Warehouse team on order processing of all nature.

· Updating of Packing list for overseas shipment and Delivery orders.

· Coordinate the flow of inbound goods and perform Goods Receipt updates.

· Troubleshoot daily issues

· Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.

· Plan and organize goods within the warehouse.

· Manage a team of warehouse packers and logistic personnel, and work closely with Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor(s).

· Promote team work and cohesiveness amongst team members.

· Maintain proper record of inventory, and perform updates to WMS as required.

· Ensure productivity targets are met and maintained thru an ERP system.

· Monitor and manage daily delivery and warehouse operation.

· Ensure orders are processed on a timely basis.

· Train new staff to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work place safety and health practices.

· Ensure HACCP standards and requirements are properly maintained.

· Communicate & implement changes as directed.

· Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
