- Responsible for ensuring the sustainability, growth, and profitability of the tender business in the SAO region.
- Take charge of managing the entire tender process, including RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation), RFP (Request for Proposal), e-Action, and spot quotes.
- Collaborate closely with other teams in Tender Management, account owners, and support functions to develop competitive and high-quality proposals in response to RFQs, RFIs, RFPs, e-Action, and spot quotes.
- Foster collaboration and synergy with key functions to formulate bid strategies and tactical tender frameworks that increase the chances of winning bids.
- Prepare competitive proposals within the specified time frame, adhering to tender guidelines and meeting customer requirements.
- Drive the growth of tendered business volume and gross profit (GP) in alignment with the overall strategy, sales goals, and product offerings.
- Analyze customer tenders and ensure accurate translation of their requirements into pricing and solution documents.
- Collaborate with IT, Program Management, Industry Verticals, and Air/Ocean cargo divisions, as well as customers, to create and deliver customer-focused services and solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, supply chain management or logistics is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years work-related experience in Tender Management & Pricing Analysis in Frieght Forwarding or NVOCC sectors.
