Job Responsibility:
• Manage full spectrum of Tender Process.
• Review Contract Document.
• Cost, change and claim management.
• Initiate and draft official correspondences to stake holders.
• Participate and/or lead commercial negotiation.
• Monitor and manage project budget, contract revenue and cash flow.
• Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance.
Requirement:
• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in similar position.
• Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC / SIA / REDAS).
• Knowledge in contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution.
• Background in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in project with contract value in excess of $100 million.
