You will be involved in:
- Manage a cost effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, through the provision of engineering support to the production line, so as to achieve organization's targeted manufacturing index.
- Involve in daily basis on all engineering issues of assigned process.
- Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets.
You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Semiconductor device physics / Material Science / Physics
- Preferred experience in data mining, SPC techniques, or with semiconductor experience.
- Technical skills including : problem solving , SPC, data mining & analysis, FMEA, DOE, Excel Macro.
- Good interpersonal skills & team player.
