RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide technical expertise and support managing strategic power business accounts (clients) for concepts, feasibility studies and FEED studies (combined cycle power plants).
· Lead technical reports development and delivery, align clients with the technical recommendations, ensure final and formal closure technical deliverables.
· Collaborate with OEMs, develop CCGT power solutions to meet client’s objectives.
· Demonstrate technical leadership and client management skills that would lead to positive client feedback.
· Positively influence matrix organization with technical depths and insight, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters to ensure robust quality of deliverables and reports.
· Effectively work as Owner’s Engineer (if opportunity arises) and provide technical guidance to fellow team members to provide quality assurance. Advise client on operational and start issues. Assist clients with development of equipment strategies (reliability plan / maintenance program) and safe operation guidelines.
· Advise clients to minimize losses (energy efficiency improvements, minimizing greenhouse gases)
· Approachable, willing to help and contribute in growing power consulting business.
· Provide inputs for the project CAPEX (+/- 10%) development.
· Provide inputs on Level 2 / Level 3 type integrated project schedule development.
· Demonstrate excellent networking skills and continue building power generation industry network.
· Participate, promote, and contribute to the organizational and administrative effectiveness within power consulting organization. Multitask and be hands on.
· Advise on applicable power generation codes & standards, local regulations, and emerging trends.
· Continuously look out for opportunities to improve and thrive for offering the highest quality consulting services to clients and support department head for the same.

· Demonstrate strong technical acumen, provide technical leadership, ensure logical and timely closure of all technical items.
· Perform power generation market research, develop, and compile actionable intelligence and assist clients with development of clean power generation solutions.
· Possess deep understanding of power plant, turbine technologies, heat integration systems, safety, and reliability considerations of a power plant preferably with low carbon feedstock like NG. Possess good understanding of current power pricing trends, and upcoming technology enhancements.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, to be able to articulate effectively complex issues and resolutions to extremely diverse audience.
