Job Description
• Carry out marketing activities for appointed projects and open listings
• Conduct canvassing calls to prospective clients
• Conduct site visits and manage queries
• Conduct negotiations on commercial lease terms with landlords and tenants
• Prepare presentations, proposals, leasing reports and updates for clients
• Build rapport with existing and prospective clients through regular updates and networking
• Proactive in developing new business opportunities
• Collate and update prospects database
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Business or equivalent
• Possesses a CEA Salesperson License
• Possesses positive work attitude, drive and resilience to meet job challenges
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills
• Good command of written and oral English
• A team player who is also able to work independently
• Innovative and resourceful
• Technology savvy and competent in MS office
