WE ARE HIRING - SALES EXECUTIVE


Rajah & Tann Technologies (“RTT”) offers multidisciplinary tech-enabled legal solutions including E-Discovery & digital forensics, data breach readiness and response, cybersecurity, electronic discovery, contract management, academy, as well as other LegalTech services and solutions.


It is wholly owned by Rajah & Tann Singapore, a leading full-service law firm in Singapore and one of the largest in South East Asia. Rajah & Tann Singapore is a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, a network of over 700 lawyers in 10 countries in Asia.


RTT is the NewLaw vehicle for Rajah & Tann Asia to adapt itself and provide new legal delivery models and deliverables to meet clients’ demands in the digital economy.


We are looking for dynamic legal technology professionals to join our growing multidisciplinary team of allied legal professionals.


Our multidisciplinary business focus on both the delivery of industry leading solutions and value driven advisory services. Working in tandem with our diverse team of legal professionals, project managers, forensic investigators and eDiscovery experts, we provide a comprehensive legal technology solution and services to assist clients in legal proceedings, white collar crime investigations, handling data breach, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance related matters.


Key responsibilities:

  • Introduce our suite of solutions and service capabilities to prospective clients;
  • Close sales engagements with customers by gaining commitment to implement RTT solutions;
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement our business development and marketing strategies/plans;
  • Support/manage assigned engagements in a post sales support capacity;
  • Provide first level support to clients on nominated engagements in a post-sales capacity;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services including features, benefits, changes, and roadmaps;
  • Obtain the relevant product certifications where required;
  • Maintain detailed competitor analysis and knowledge of developments;
  • Partner with customers through strategic and consultative sales opportunities to understand their business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution; and
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.


Requirements:

  • Posess a degree or diploma in a recognised institution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work with complex and detailed information
  • Good writing and communication skills with good knowledge on Microsoft office
  • Strong interpersonal skills in building rapport and collaborating effectively with others

  • Ability to travel when required and willingness to be on standby for reactive engagements;
  • Eager to learn new skills and technology while comfortable to provide training in the areas that the candidate is competent of;
  • Tenacity to quickly adapt to the evolving requirements of the business.
