As a Service Coordinator, you'll troubleshoot client issues, schedule project manpower, and track project completion. Your role is pivotal in ensuring efficient project execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery of services.
Job Description
- Liaison with clients for remote trouble shooting and advice in servicing and maintenance.
- Assist in scheduling Service Technicians and manpower coordination.
- Assist in document submissions and controlling.
- Tracking and follow-up for every service and maintenance cases.
- Review project schedules and ensure timely submission of documents to Authorities.
- Ability to work closely with Engineer for various Project phases.
- All drawings and correspondences must be well documented.
- Timely coordination and follow up with the Plumber/ Main-contractor or Consultant.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when instructed by Management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to deal with clients.
- Lots of initiative and excellent organizational skills.
- Must possess integrity and drive.
- Good team leading skills.
- Ability to make good decisions.
- Preferred, At least Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
