Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our dynamic team.
As an SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant you are expected to demonstrate professional knowledge and behavior on assignments, taking care for customers and activities with important attention to the team aspect or as a SAP SD (Sales abs Distribution) Senior Consultant, you are expected to work & deliver autonomously, coaching colleagues while working on customer and internal engagements
Job Description
As an SAP SD Consultant, you will be responsible for:
1. Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SD modules to align with business requirements.
- Customize and optimize the system to ensure smooth sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery processes.
2. Business Process Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze sales and distribution processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend SAP SD solutions to enhance overall business efficiency.
3. Integration
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling).
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom enhancements as needed.
4. Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users and support teams on SAP SD functionality.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
5. Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SD configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into the SAP SD landscape.
6. Testing:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and integrity of SAP SD configurations.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about SAP SD updates, patches, and new functionalities.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP SD performance and usability.
About You
Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Certification in SAP SD is a plus.
- Strong in business processes & technical skills (SAP SD configuration)
Your Experience
- Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant with a strong understanding of SAP SD modules.
- 3 to 8 years of knowledge and experience in SAP SD.
- Experience as a technical expert across multiple project assignments specifically within SAP SD with configuration, cutover and interface experience.
- Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test, implementation, and customer business solutioning support.
- Strong in business processes & technical skills (SAP SD configuration)
- Strong knowledge in order to cash processes, and integration between logistics modules with other modules.
- Strong knowledge of info structure creation, configuration and updated rules.
