SENIOR FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Description & Requirements

THE ROLE:

The senior service engineer will be responsible for maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. Provide service and support to the existing customers in accordance with the service plan pre-agreed with customers. Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time position and reports directly to Operations Director at

SINGTEST TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate can have technical skills to resolve issue on-site, involve customer service because they work on-site to solve customer problems.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Servicing and Sustaining- meeting the daily service maintenance

and repair needs of the customer’s equipment.

· Manage high profile contacts – build and maintain close relationship with industry customers and suppliers.

· Remain high standards – Continues improvement of workflows and processes meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS/SKILLS:

· Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.

· Installs, configures, troubleshoots, routine Preventive Maintenance of tools / equipment.

· Able to travel to support local and regional sites (within Asia Pacific countries)

· Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is preferred.

· Willingness to learn new tasks and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

· Models: Diffusion, Etching and Thin films wafer services

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

· Diploma or degree in Electrical/ Mechanical, or an equivalence in working experiences.

· Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is preferred.
