What the day will look like

  • Lead regional implementation and commercialization of data & analytics solutions
  • Support innovation through research, publications, ideation, new solutions development, strategic partnerships within the health solutions business globally
  • Participate in business development activities to present Aon analytics capabilities and technology solutions to clients
  • Develop solutions to address gaps in current product offering and market practice
  • Expand Aon’s market intelligence in Asia
  • Drive regional Health Solutions business priorities within ACIA and global product councils
  • Manage and promote utilization of Aon technology solutions
  • Provide consulting, analytics and technology support to Asia countries data-driven solutions and initiatives
  • Provide training and support to local and regional colleagues to achieve analytical excellence
  • Maintain connections between local analytics teams and resources outside of the region

How this opportunity is different

The Regional Analytics Solutions Lead will be responsible for enhancing analytics to support client growth and drive the business analytics strategy across APAC. The Regional Analytics Solutions Lead will work with regional and country stakeholders to develop, manage, and deliver analytics solutions to clients. This will heavily involve driving the adoption of analytics and technology solutions across the region, developing new solutions to foster innovation and progress, supporting client delivery, and working with key stakeholders to ensure business success.


Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • University degree in a quantitative discipline – mathematics, computer science, engineering, etc.
  • Highly experienced in analytics consulting or insurance, preferably in health & benefits
  • Ability to communicate a data driven narrative (Tableau and Power BI or equivalent experience required)
  • Extensive hands on and strategic experience working with data and development of new software or analytics solutions
  • Superb technical and problem-solving skills – hands on analytics experience required (python, R, SQL, Spark, SAS or equivalent)
  • Good organizational awareness
