The Role
Our E-commerce Associate supports the day-to-day aspect of an e-commerce website which includes
- Manage website content with a content management system
- Liaising and creating content with different stakeholders such as influencers
- Relaying customer feedback to department head
- Assisting in any other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong command of the English language
- Photography skills
- Strong computer skills to include MS Office, web based systems and social media
- Quality – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and consistency .
- Understands and communicates verbal and written instructions in a professional and courteous manner
- Applies feedback to improve performance and monitors own work to ensure quality
