Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle checking for accident body repairs and paintwork repairs and able to assess damages carefully, prepare repair estimates, and provide quotation for cash repair
- To source required replacement spare parts to facilitate repair of the accident vehicle.
- Oversee vehicle checking for body and paintwork on repair process in a timely manner.
- Proactive management of claims, timely processing
- Attend insurance surveyors
- Able to control/manage stocks in warehouse
- To ensure optimum advice and customer care quality for the service
- QC Vehicle before releasing back to the customer.
- Able to liaise with sub-cons
- All ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior and Management.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of working experience, preferably in the Automotive industry
- Possess with Singapore Class 3 Driving licence preferably
- 6 days work week (Mon-Fri 0900-1800, Sat 0900-1630)
