Job Description & Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in any related field
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to converse and liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
- Preferred with at least 2 years of work experience
- Provide assistance to teachers when necessary
- Looking after retail service
- Facilitate play session if needed
- Liaison between Teachers, Parents and Students
- Administrative works includes updating and creating students' record, arranging teachers' schedule, keeping record of expenses, purchases of stationery, pantry items, etc
- Managing and manning front desk reception which includes collection of monies, issuing of invoices, attend to walk-in enquires, etc.
- Handling phone enquires pertaining to courses and services
- Any other duties assigned
- Able to work on weekends
