Job Summary
The role will be responsible for successfully executing all special projects under corporate, including office relocation. Additionally, the role will support Managing Director on the communication, training and implementation of new directives from Japan.
Job Description
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance communication with the headquarters.
- Plan and direct the training of new compliance initiatives from the headquarters.
- Provide administrative support to the Management Team
- Assist in general Administration tasks such as managing company insurance, IT and mobile equipment, facilities management, vehicles, and name cards
- Act as a backup for various HR functions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders in Japan and other expatriates.
Requirements
- A Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese is required, to manage Japanese stakeholders that can only communicate in Japanese
