Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of membership targets set at the beginning of the fiscal year.
- Conducts Club tours for potential members, showcasing the Club’s features, amenities and activities with the objective of acquiring them as members.
- Leads the recruitment of new Members by representing the Club at marketing events, answering queries.
- Highly numeric and responsible for the regular delivery of Membership reports, review and analysis of sales performance.
- Organizes the New Member Orientation on a monthly basis.
- Maintains strong networks with community partners, selected international schools, as well as American and Canadian corporations and embassies
- To carry out any duties as and when assigned by Director of Membership or General Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or Hospitality
- Remarkable track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with an outgoing personality
- Strong appreciation for cultural diversity, and able to work across different cultures
- Previous experience living or working overseas will be a strong advantage
- Able to exercise flexibility to accommodate scheduling of appointments around prospective Members’ availabilities
- Able to work on shifts and alternate Saturdays (full day)
