Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to analyse market, industry trend and the competition to identify new sales opportunities.
What Will You Do
- To be responsible for sales for Aviation Lubricants and Chemicals.
- To oversee business development of organization within Asia Pacific Region.
- To forecast and develop sales strategies plans to meet business objectives in terms of revenue and margin.
- To analyse market, industry trend and the competition to identify new sales opportunities for current and future business needs of customers.
- To provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction to develop long term relationships with key/current/prospective customers.
- To prepare weekly & monthly sales reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- To deliver sales presentation to customers.
- To perform pricing analysis and manage stock inventories.
- To lead, train and manage sales team performance to achieve annual sales targets.
- To manage internal and external audit and certification.
- Require travelling overseas – business trip.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
What Do We Want
- At least a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in Aviation industry.
- Possess own transport and Class 3 driving license.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
