Job Scope:

  • Assist to handle the company incoming phone calls and emails
  • Process paperwork and administrative duties
  • Assist to post adverts and screen suitable candidates
  • Process onboarding documents to relevant personnel
  • Assist to screen potential candidate applicants
  • Assist to submit applications and schedule interviews
  • Any ad hoc duties


Requirement:

  • min. A Level, Diploma or Degree in any disciplines from a local recognized tertiary institution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Enjoy people interaction on a day to day basis
  • No prior work experience required, training provided
