Job Scope:
- Assist to handle the company incoming phone calls and emails
- Process paperwork and administrative duties
- Assist to post adverts and screen suitable candidates
- Process onboarding documents to relevant personnel
- Assist to screen potential candidate applicants
- Assist to submit applications and schedule interviews
- Any ad hoc duties
Requirement:
- min. A Level, Diploma or Degree in any disciplines from a local recognized tertiary institution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and able to work independently
- Enjoy people interaction on a day to day basis
- No prior work experience required, training provided
