Technical Service Manager 【Kitchen Appliances】CJL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues with kitchen appliances.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze problems to determine the most effective and efficient repair solution.
  • Execute timely and accurate repairs on a variety of kitchen appliances, including but not limited to ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves.
  • Perform routine maintenance to prevent potential malfunctions and extend the lifespan of appliances.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand and document appliance issues.
  • Provide clear explanations of repair processes and offer valuable tips for optimal appliance usage.
  • Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
  • Generate accurate reports to update management on service activities and equipment status.
  • Ensure the highest quality of service by adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to verify the effectiveness of repairs and address any additional concerns.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in kitchen appliance technology.
  • Provide input to the product development team based on customer feedback and recurring issues.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of required components.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing kitchen appliances, air-conditioning, HVAC or any other relevant products.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
