Event Planner | Training Provided | Catering Provider | Redhill
Basic $2800 - $3000 + commission
5.5 days work ,Mon to Fri 9.30am – 6pm, Saturday 9.30am-1.30pm , Weekends & PH need to work if have events (off in lieu provided)

This position is responsible for the planning and execution of Food and Beverage Events for our catering services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to email enquiries pertaining to corporate & wedding events and advise clients on feasibility
- Prepare customized proposals and planning of the event flow with the clients
- Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of the event accordingly to the timeline
- Work closely with the Chefs to come up with creative ideas and bespoke food menus
- Conduct site inspections when necessary prior to the commencement of the event
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Events Management
- Able to commit weekends and Public holidays if required
- Training provided
