What will you be doing?
QA engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.).
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Testing a training management system for our software and identifying deficiencies
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the development team and PM to ensure consistent project execution
- Assist Business Analyst to ensure user acceptance test execution
- Responsible for providing and presenting the documentation of UAT, SIT test cases, performance testing report
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement

Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include:
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- 3+ years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, and other
- 3+ years of Microsoft CRM and Education software experience
- 2+ years of experience with web security technology
- 2+ years of experience with software QA tools and processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good to have:
- Experience with Agile software development process
- Understanding of Cloud Architecture and services
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication
