THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an E-commerce Executive who:

· is passionate and knowledgeable about gaming, with in-depth understanding of Asian markets preferred.

· has a strong data-driven mindset and business acumen.

· is quick-thinking and adaptive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· is an organized and self-motivated multitasker who can manage multiple projects at one time.

· has highly effective cross-functional team management and communication skills, with business proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese languages preferred.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The role sits within the Southeast Asia Marketing & Sales department and will work alongside various marketing, product and licensing teams based in Singapore, Taiwan and Korea. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website.


Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.

· Manage product listings, prices, stock levels, descriptions, visual content, and other relevant SKU information.

· Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders to disseminate product information and visual assets required for e-commerce and marketing operations.

· Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and marketing teams to implement sales promotions and discounts.

· Monitor order processing and shipping to minimise delays and errors, coordinating with warehouse, logistics teams and agencies for prompt order fulfilment.

· Identify opportunities for optimization of operations, lead generation and community expansion based on market trends and analysis of website, sales and user data.

· Work with various internal and external stakeholders on Merchandise opportunities; pursue and campaign manage partnership and licensing opportunities for related IP product launch and sales.


Build product awareness among internal and external stakeholders.

· Work with cross-functional teams to track information, timelines and milestones throughout the product lifecycle for relevant game titles.

· Facilitate the dissemination of product information, carefully tailored to the needs of different stakeholders and stages within their respective timelines.


Drive research and data-driven business planning process across cross-functional teams of the company:

· Conduct market research and data analysis to assist in the development of product pricing, positioning strategies, forecasting submission, and marketing plans for all SKUs.

· Appraise new product ideas based on market trends and consumer data analysis.

· Identify best practices and resources for incorporation of data analytics in business planning.


REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree or above.

· Exceptional communication skills, business-level proficiency in Mandarin and/or Japanese is preferred.

· Prior experience of game distribution and/or publishing, with in-depth understanding of the Southeast Asia and East Asia market preferred.

· Strong data analysis ability.

· Able to work meticulously under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to multitask with excellent organizational skills.

· A proactive keen learner and team player with a great sense of responsibility.
