IT Support Engineer

Manna 360 Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level end user support including troubleshooting, escalation of issues to vendors for quick resolution, applying upgrade/patches to computer systems installation and upgrade of computer application software, regular IT reviews, etc.
  • Where applicable, provide second level support for VMware, Windows servers, Active Directory and other IT infrastructure
  • Procurement of IT equipment for end users (e.g. laptops, printers, monitors, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and deploy new technical solutions to improve efficiency
  • Assist in executing project activities.
  • Oversee the daily running operation of the IT department, ensuring that all systems (Server/Storage/Network/Backup) are functioning properly
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users of IT infrastructure in terms of Servers, Network, Storage or Backup matters
  • IT Asset Tracking
  • Provide remote assistance to off-site users, resolving issues through remote desktop tools and other communication channels.
  • Maintenance of all software and IT related warranty and licenses used by the company.
  • Setup, installation and deploying of computers
  • Cloning/Imaging of laptop/desktop
  • Responsible for working with different systems and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issue to the appropriate vendors (POS and ERP)
