➢ Ensure high standards and excellence in customer service experience for all enquiries.
➢ Attend to enquiries of customers: walk-in, call-in, write-in, emails and on online platforms.
➢ Attend to check-in watches brought in by customers.
➢ Process document for check-in and take photographs of check-in watches.
➢ Liaise with Chief Technician for Assessment and prepare quotation to inform customers.
➢ Follow-up on job execution, invoicing and right thru to collection of payment.
➢ Document, Update, track and manage movement of watches check-in/ in repair/ collected/ etc.
➢ Maintain a proper and precise spare parts inventory and pricing.
➢ Upkeep cleanliness of service reception and service area
➢ On the job training will be provided
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior
Requirements:
✓ Good communication and administrative skills
✓ Previous customer service experience is plus.
✓ Knowledge of Micro-soft Office esp Excel & Word, is a MUST
✓ Knowledge of watch industry/ interest in watches is an advantage.
✓ Attention to details is important, especially during check-in watches.
