Responsibilities:
- Processing of documents over the counter
- Familiarise yourself with the different requirements on handling documents
- Manage customers over the counter
- Handle customer’s enquires over the counter
- Perform data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Detailed-oriented and meticulous
- Pleasant, positive working attitude and hardworking
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Training will be provided
