Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store’s operation
- Achieve individual sales target
- Guide and influence the team to achieve store target
- Onboard new customers and maintain good rapport with existing customers to ensure business continuity
- Assist on evaluate and train the staffs to meet company’s business strategy and sales goals
- Introduce the brand with professional knowledge
- Maintain high standard of store presentation
- Stock management, as well as other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- A professional education certificate in any field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Luxury retail supervisory level
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills, responsible, problem-solving
- Proven track record in store operations, and sales
Other Information:
- Location: Central
- 5 days work week, Retail working hours
- Salary up to $4500 + Commission + Bonus
