PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct in-house WSQ programs for our staff
- Establish and develop overall learning and development initiatives for both the short and long term needs of the business
- Identify training needs and formulate the training plan / schedule
- Identify, design and organize external and internal training programs
- Familiar with TP gateway portal
- Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by superiors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess an ACLP/ACTA certificate
- Experience in working with Learning & Development
- A good team player, possess a high level of initiative, hands on, organized and resourceful
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Good initiative, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
