Accounts and Admin Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for general office management and operations coordination.
· Complete requests / deal with matters pertaining to BCA, MOM and/or other governmental departments.
· Assist in all accounting matters and responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Receivables
- Manage all claims and process payments of bills & staff claims
- Responsible for all payroll functions in the organization
- Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
- Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
· Handle Quarterly GST reporting and queries
- Involved in HR duties such as but not limited to, work pass application, payroll processing and maintenance of Employee files
- Perform general administrative duties
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounts / HR / Admin related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and Admin firm
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· A good team player
· Good communication skills
· Excellent in organizational and time management
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Experience in Construction and Process Industry preferred
