Responsibilities
- To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant
- To work & liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction including packaging
- Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for the assembly process
- Knowledge of the SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance
- Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process
- Involve in rack packaging design
- To lead/participate in Kaizen activities
- To support production on a mass run
- Participate in ISO audits both internally and externally
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
