Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service & Admin Executive, you will be required to
- Manage Centre Operations: Greet students and parents warmly, maintain a well-organized centre, handle inquiries across various channels, and resolve issues promptly. Report complex issues to the Operations Lead for resolution, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Communication and Administration: Provide accurate program information, update schedules, process registrations, and handle payments efficiently. Generate monthly billing invoices. Maintain accurate student and staff records on our iEduCentre system.
- Customer Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with current and potential customers. Offer personalized service, address concerns promptly, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Assist tutors with administrative tasks such as printing class notes and mailing study materials to students when needed.
- Event Coordination and Promotion: Aid in organizing events and promotional activities to attract and retain students. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies.
- Centre Logistics Management: Manage monthly pantry supply orders and coordinate with the cleaning company to maintain centre cleanliness. Ensure day-to-day cleanliness of the centre.
- Offer assistance in ad-hoc matters as required, supporting other departments and staff members as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Passionate in customer service.
- Confident and tactful in addressing customer’s needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and possess good computing skills.
- Prior experience in frontline customer service roles would be advantageous.
- Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
