RESPONSIBILITIES
· Install, configure, administer and maintain servers, computers and network
· Investigate, trouble-shoot and resolve IT related issues
· Provide IT user support
· Have experience in Microsoft AD
· Support site issues and requests on systems
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
· ITE / Diploma / Degree in IT with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT related field
· Proficient in end user support
· A team player and able to work independently under minimum supervision
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Willing to travel to retail outlets
