• Hands-on experience in creating and configuring catalog items, variables, and workflows.
• Experience in writing JavaScript code for server-side and client-side scripting, and customizing the behavior of catalog items and forms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for creating custom and user-friendly interfaces within the ServiceNow catalog, is considered as an advantage
• Must have ITSM and CSM Functional and technical knowledge ·
• Technical expert in ServiceNow with a minimum 4 years working experience as Developer and 8 years overall in IT. ·
• Experience with implementing multiple ServiceNow Service Catalog and Service Portal across different domains in a large enterprise ·
• Experience with implementing multiple ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, CMDB modules ·
• Work with the data providers and transform the data as per the business requirements for reporting. ·
• Experience in Web development languages specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS and HTML/CSS · Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills
