Clinic Assistant (O&G Specialist)
Working Days: 5.5 days, 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon to Fri), 8.30am - 1pm (Sat)
Salary: $2200 - $3000 + AWS + Bonus
Location: Nearest to Novena MRT
Job Descriptions:
- Provide frontline customer service
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Handle emails and insurance claims
- Provide quality patient care through patient education and assisting doctors with chaperoning and minor procedures.
- Process invoice and payment collection
- Booking of referral appointments
- Maintaining inventory levels,drugs dispensing & equipment maintenance
- Handle administrative, submission of MOH Logs and ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- With 2-3 years of relevant experience in specialist clinic/ hospital setting
