About the job:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive client success and agency growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing services that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with clients' objectives.
- Create detailed campaign plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Communicate effectively to ensure clients are informed about campaign progress and results.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally, working to exceed their expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, BD etc.) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Oversee the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, content, and traditional channels.
- Generate regular performance reports for clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing campaign strategies, progress, and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels, both traditional and digital.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
