Finance Associate (6-Months Contract)
Responsibilities
· Month end closing activities
· Accounts payable / Accounts receivable
· Bank reconciliation
· General Ledger journals
· Preparation of CSV file for consolidation
· Treasury cash report
· Connect with PMs and clients to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
· Obtain approvals and supporting documents to process payments to vendors
· Monthly/Quarterly/Year-end BPC reports for NCS/Singtel
· Prepare quarterly GST F5 submission and liaise with tax agents for review
· Support Finance Manager in Tax and Audit matters
Requirements:
· Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or Finance
· Degree: Min. 2 years of experience in Accounting
· Diploma: Min 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance Shared Service / Finance Ops
· Strong working knowledge of Finance operations or analysis, accounting
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel-Macro, Excel-Pivot Table, Word, PowerPoint)
· Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure
Salary range: up to $5,000 - depending on qualifications and experience
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Contract Duration: 6-Months Contract
