Key responsibilities:
This is a position with Deloitte’s rapidly expanding Global Trade practice, providing tailored advice and solutions to a broad range of clients, both domestic and multinationals looking to gain access into various markets from a regulatory, trade and customs perspective.
As a Senior Associate, you will have some knowledge of working on SAP GTS implementations and familiar with SAP ERP transformation programs.
You will join a team of dedicated SAP GTS implementation specialists, focusing on end-to-end project implementations. You will be responsible for delivering compliance and customs solutions which include project management, change management, solution design, solution implementation and end-user support & training.
In your role, you will also lead and/or facilitate business process definition and modeling, check the feasibility of this business model regarding the SAP products and the legal requirements. You will guide a team to implement and configure the software to replicate the required business processes and analytical/reporting needs
You will be a key contributor to the development and growth of the SAP GTS practice globally.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology or similar fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP GTS project implementation or similar projects, and thus have solid knowledge of the SAP GTS Solution, in one of the following domains - Compliance Management, Customs Management and/or Trade Preference
• Technical or functional lead on at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP implementation
• Experience in other SAP modules is an asset (e.g. ABAP, SAP PI, etc.) is an asset
• Software aptitude in PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Excel, and/or Visio
• Well versed in pitching presentations to clients and key stakeholders
• Advantageous to have good understanding of the supply chain management processes
• Good analytical and modeling skills
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Open to work in an international multicultural environment and to work abroad if needed;
