Roles & Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition - Source, screen, and interview applicants through various hiring platforms.
• Apply, issue, renew, and cancel work passes for foreign employees, if any. Follow up with pre-approval documentation and procedures.
• Administer staff confirmation, onboarding, maintain staff records, payroll processing and facilitate the performance evaluation process.
• Ensure that HR/admin duties are completed according to the project timeline.
• Filing and ensuring proper documentation of all paperwork.
• Office Support and Administrative Work
• To provide chauffeuring services to the employer & run errands on an ad-hoc basis as and when required
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
· Must have experience in handling a full spectrum of HR for at least 3 years.
· Independent and highly adaptable in a high-growth start-up.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of Human Resources practices.
· Familiar with Payroll processes and MOM regulations
· Possess class 3 driving license with good and clean driving record
