Part/Full time Sales Assistant in Optical shop
Location: Tampines Central/Toa Payoh Central
Part time: $8 - $12 /hr, depending on experience and timing
Full time: $1,500 - $2,200
Training will be given.
Job Description:
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Sales: Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best meet those needs. Assist customers to choose frames and answer inquires patiently.
- Product Knowledge: Training will be given on product knowledge.
- Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, and provide change to customers. Maintain a tidy and organized cash register area.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and participating in periodic inventory checks.
Requirements:
No certificates required. Singaporeans/Malaysians can apply.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
