Job Summary:
Yoshimura Food Holdings Asia Pte Ltd is a group holdings company in Singapore with subsidiaries that are involved in the distribution and production of food products.
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our company’s procurement and operations department. As a key player in our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to make high-impact decisions to promote efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Your first responsibilities will be within the HQ Operations team. After achieving proficiency in your operations duties, you will gradually assume more duties in the HQ Procurement team.

Responsibilities:
- Internal Communication – To co-ordinate communication between outlet staff members, central kitchen, and the warehouse department.
- Manufacturing Planning – To review and modify the daily manufacturing orders sent to the Central Kitchen.
- Keying Orders – Receive our customer orders through email/whatsapp portals and entering them into our ERP system accurately.
- Invoicing – Issuing invoices to our regular customers.
- Purchase – Raising Purchase orders to local suppliers and communicating with them to ensure that deliveries are made
- Quality Assurance – To regularly evaluate and ensure that products are of the same quality as promised by suppliers.
Requirements:
- Intermediate level of familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications – Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates proficiency in general IT related skills.
- Knowledge in ERP / WMS systems such as Odoo or SAP would be beneficial.
- Ability to perform intermediate level of quantitative and qualitative data modelling combining data from historical sources, existing conditions, and future projections using any software of your choice.
- Confidence in your own ability to independently make decisions in all operations and procurement-related matters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
