Job Description:
- Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards of the kitchens
- Work closely with subcontractors' management and contractor on pest control issues and recommend corrective measures.
- Assist to enforce on food safety and housekeeping procedures in compliance with NEA regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the status of NEA Food Handlers' Food Hygiene Certificates.
- To ensure the proper documentation to fulfill HACCP requirement
- Implementing Contractor systems and conducting routine checks to ensure that all food handlers practice good food and personal hygiene when preparing food
- overseeing the cleanliness of the food premises
- following and enforcing all sanitation procedures are in place
- Use Corporate checklists to ensure that subcontractors can adhere to
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Location : Jurong Island
Working hours: 60 hours per week. (Monday to friday 7 am to 7pm, Saturday 7 am to 12)
