1) Communicate and co-ordinate with Project Manager and other team members to ensure project efficiency and budgeting.
2) Prepare Method of Statement/Monthly Progress Claim/Shop Drawings
3) Perform quality control on budgets, project schedules, plans, and prepare reports on project status regularly on progress
4) Ensure compliance with specifications and standards for quality control and quality assurance
5) To inform supervisors/subcontractors of any changes in construction schedule/drawings, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
6) Other ad-hoc duties as requested
