Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science/information technology or related disciplines
- 5-7 years and above work experience in Oracle HRMS,
- Should be proficient in Oracle HRMS (12.1.3): Core-HR, Absence, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Oracle Alerts
- Good to have experience in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell scripting, Oracle Workflow, Oracle reports, Workflow customizations, Interface design
- Good to have knowledge on Oracle Cloud & DevOps technologies
- Experienced in Incident, Problem, Change Management process
- Good to have experience in IT Project Delivery using Waterfall/Agile Methodology and complete Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience decomposing complex problems into component parts for effective problem solving
- Experience working with external Vendors & outsourced projects
- Good communication and interpersonal and presentation skills
