- Responsible for all necessary training programmes and development opportunities for all staff in accordance with employee grade, performance, criteria and business needs.
- Handle the in-house programmes such as new staff inductions programmes, managerial, technical and leadership skills required by the company.
- Assist in the professional development of the company’s employees and in the succession planning exercise.
- Keep track of all L&D related communications, programmes, applications, and employee records.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of training experience in Construction industry.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and effective management skills.
