Valuer / Valuation Officer (Valuation Advisory)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for site inspection, data searching and preparation of valuation reports for all types of properties.
• Attend to all valuation enquiries via emails, phone calls, messages, etc

REQUIREMENT:

• Graduates from a recognized University/Polytechnic with Real Estate Qualification or equivalent.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous and numerically competent.
