Their duties include performing administrative tasks, documenting procedures, and follow SOP.
Main responsibilities include:
● Constant effective communication with the team and director regarding any customer or staff issues
● Inventory stock management for cooking items
● Daily sales report monitoring
● Maintain excellent cleanliness and follow hygiene.
● Prepare weekly staff rosters.
● Conduct service briefings
● Ongoing menu and beverage training as well as developing regular tests
● Ensure discipline is fair and correct steps are taken
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
● 3-7 years’ experience in a End to End cooking of South Indian/Western/North Indian
● Must have 3-5 years End to End Food processing work experience in FAASOS PRODUCTS and Tandoori experience
● Food & Beverage product knowledge
● Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
● Ability to stay calm under pressure
● A willingness and passion to serve
● Ability to work long hours, day and night, including weekends and holidays
● Strong ability to communicate and to read and write in Malay and Tamil are essential. Additional languages are a plus
● International experience in a similar environment and travelling experience will be advantageous
● Own transport a plus
