Sincere Healthcare Group is seeking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic Nursing team in Singapore.
Position Objective
The Healthcare Assistant will be reponsible for providing day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the Clinic as assigned by supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Register and schedule appointments for patients.
- Answer inquiries from patients.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Prepare case notes and other required forms.
- Ensure the clinic facility is in good order.
- Provide other day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the Clinic as assigned by the supervising head (e.g. handle laundry and purchase refreshments and stationery).
- Billing – raise invoices and collect payments.
- Claims – prepare and submit claims (e.g. MediSave / insurance claims).
- Upkeep the pharmacy – order drugs and manage inventory.
- Rotate to other clinics within the Company or Sincere Healthcare Group for Clinic Assistant role.
- Perform chaperone duties.
- Assist in pre-operations, intra-operations and post-operations.
- Undertake such other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level in Others or equivalent
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to speak mandarin will be an advantage.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry will be advantageous.
