Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve enrollment targets and revenue goals.
- Responsible for track leads, conversions, and enrollment metrics.
- Analyse enrollment data, track sales performance, and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth in the education sector.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Oversee the entire enrollment process, from initial inquiries to student onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students and parents.
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure a personalised and effective learning experience for enrolled students.
- Maintain high-quality standards for the enrollment process and customer service.
- In charge of monthly training for the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the education industry and tuition centre operations is a plus.
- Able to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays
