RESPONSIBILITIES

• Office administration.
• Policies adminstration.
• System administration (S2C, P2P) and continuous improvement.
• KPI BSC measurement, tracking and analysis.
• Work with stakeholders and users for Procurement Process/Workflow gap analysis and optimization.
• Category Strategy Management for selected category areas.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management.
• Contract Management.

• Tertiary.
• At least 5 years working experience in procurement.
• Practical Tech Knowledge.
  • Analytics/Dashboarding Software skills.
  • Process oriented and ability to organize processes into flow charts for representation.
  • Analytical, able to look at trends and draw conclusions.
  • Experience in Category Management in Indirect Procurement and Services.
  • Procurement Process Source to Contract (S2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) knowledge.
• Communication and Influencing skills
  • Ability to understand, engage and influence stakeholders to optimize Procurement Process together.
  • Able to provide clarity into Procurement Process and compliance requirements to stakeholders.
  • Able to drive changes to address gaps in processes with minimal supervision.
